Just moments from Lincoln University and the Central Train Station is our Lincoln Centre on Portland Street. Our Lincoln Centre is also home to our Training Team.

By Train
- Regular train services run between Lincoln and Grimsby, Newark, Doncaster and Nottingham.
- There is a taxi rank at the station for those with mobility difficulties. However, the Assessment Centre is 0.4 miles, an 8 minute walk, from the rail station.
- On foot from the railway station: Upon exiting the station turn left. At the junction with High Street turn left again over the railway crossing.
- Head straight down the High Street and then turn onto Portland Street, which is the second road on the left.
- The Assessment Centre is on the left, directly opposite Hermit Street.
By Bus
- Leave the bus station onto St Mary's Street.
- Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing towards the railway station.
- Refer to 'On foot from the railway station' in the section above.
By Car
If approaching from Newark
- Approach Lincoln via the A46 (North).
- At the Hykeham roundabout take the third exit onto the A1434 Newark Road.
- This briefly becomes the A15 at St Catherine's until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit onto B1262 High Street.
- After approximately one mile, keep in the right hand lane and turn right onto Portland Street, directly opposite the Ritz pub.
- The Assessment Centre is on the left, directly opposite Hermit Street.
If approaching from Grimsby
- Approach Lincoln via the A46 (South).
- At the roundabout after Nettleham village take the second exit onto the B1182 Lincoln Road.
- At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the B1182 Ruskin Avenue.
- At the end of the road, turn right onto the A15 Wragby Road. Continue to follow the A15 down the hill, into the city.
- Pass the bus station on your right and cross the flyover on Canwick Road.
- At the base of the flyover, take the first left onto Kesteven Street. Keep ahead onto East West Link Road, bringing you under the flyover and then over the bridge onto Tentercroft Street.
- At the junction with the B1262 High Street, turn left.
- After the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Portland Street, which is the first road on the left.
- The Assessment Centre is on the left, directly opposite Hermit Street.
